Bodhisattwa Mukherjee is the visionary leader behind PungaTech, a multidisciplinary engineering company dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions across various industrial sectors.

Bodhisattwa has about 19 years of industry experience. Bodhisattwa’s main area of expertise is engineering design and team management. Previously, Bodhisattwa held various positions in companies like Nicco Project Division, McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Indian Oil tanking Limited, HUTNI Projekt FM (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Richards Design Services India.

A Mechanical Engineer by qualification with extensive experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Steel, and Minerals & Metals, Bodhisattwa has been instrumental in establishing Punga Tech’s reputation for excellence in both quality and project execution.

Under his leadership, PungaTech has grown into a trusted partner for new projects, expansions, and modernization initiatives, offering seamless services from project planning to commissioning. Bodhisattwa is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery through multilevel reviews and rigorous project tracking.

He has also been pivotal in Punga Tech's registration as an MSME under the Government of India and the company’s recognition as a Startup under the ‘Startup India Initiative’ by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
